A simple data model for safer identifiers
Organizations of all sizes use sequences of digital characters to identify persons including customers, employees and suppliers. Because such identifiers are (by design) keys to information about persons, they must be created and managed in a way that ensures optimal privacy, security, usability and clarity.
Our "simple data model" takes into consideration the differing requirements of various kinds of identifiers.
One example of a domain in which the data model is particularly useful is clinical research datasets, where patient data must often be de-identified yet there is a requirement to link or combine an individual patient's records from multiple databases.

A biography of the composer, a complete catalog of musical compositions, and first-time recordings of several of the composer's works are key activities of this project.
